Absolute crap wipers and washers

This product was advertised as a generic part for my 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. After an hour of joint cracking and subsequent research, it turned out that this didn't even come close to fitting my wiper arm. Revain gave me several options to purchase this part from different vendors for my application. someone is lying
