Works great on my Lumix G7 (after a bit of tweaking). The threaded holes on the 145mm stem seemed to fall out of the wall a bit: the twin bolts holding the wooden grip to the stem were not easily tightened and then pulled only halfway out; I tried it on a 125mm rod (as well as another rod I had) and it worked great. Knowing I wasn't going to remove the grip, I used pliers to tighten the thumb grips. However, it does not sit completely flat and parallel to the bar (see image). But it's very tight and I know it won't move with me, so it fits me. There are now a few frayed areas on the thumbscrews from having to tighten them with channel locks, but I consider it a tool - and tools wear out over time so I don't really care. the threaded holes for the 145mm rod are slightly offset, everything else is very solid and works great. I've paired it with a SmallRig camera base with a pole clip for a Sony FS7, Sony A7 series, Canon C100/C300/C500, Panasonic GH5-1674 and some SmallRig aluminum poles and it's a very solid performer. Makes the very light Lumix G7 more solid. Highly recommended.
