This floor nozzle was dirty right out of the box but I could handle it. This is a side view. He scratched my hardwood floor immediately. No buffer or padding. All plastic and metal and it's poorly designed :-( and now I have to deal with the scratches. Also, this hose doesn't suck as much as the one I'm replacing. I think you get what you pay for!
