Donnie never stops making great stuff. The sizing is pretty accurate. I was able to order one for me and one for my dad and they fit great! My dad uses it during workouts as he has a frozen shoulder and he says it has helped. I love the product as it is fantastic. Definitely recommend adding it to a gym bag
