I love how this company understands the challenges of porting an OEM chip to their cartridges, including the manual. Of course, HP glues its chips on, so you'll have to be patient, get creative, and glue the chip onto those replacement parts. I run a restaurant and bar which gets around 1000 page views per week due to Covid protocols. This was the easiest replacement toner I have ever used and the customer service is always top notch. Most companies just leave you in the dark when your order arrives. I will be ordering again in the foreseeable future.
