Almost perfect fit, takes 10 minutes to install

10 minutes to install on a 2019 fxbb Harley Day Maker 5.75 lamp. As others have said, I unscrewed the grille from the retaining ring, tilted it and it immediately moved forward. Not very tight fitting to avoid slack to keep the grille in an undesirable position I wrapped 2 turns of tape around the lamp body. Now it fits perfectly, looks aggressive and further dims the lamp. There is no noticeable difference in light blocking.
