Review on πŸ‘“ MEIGIX Adjustable Protective Glasses Goggles by Pat Peoples

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Mixed bag, best in safety category

Positive first of all, this is the only pair of glasses I've tried (from Amazon) that fit well over my prescription glasses. No interference! Here is an overview and summary: 1. Pros: a) as above, they sit well over prescription glasses (a criterion that was very important to me), b) they sit comfortably on the bridge of the nose - they don't pinch or cut the skin of the nose (unlike some other types I've tried), c) good side protection, d) good optical quality (so far), e) side length adjustment is a nice feature. Cons: I was looking for goggles that would protect my eyes from flying debris. This point is lagging behind. This is because when you wear prescription glasses, you can't get the glasses close enough to your face to touch your forehead - this leaves a significant space between the top of the glasses and your forehead for flying particles to enter. Same problem. occurs at the bottom of the goggles - they leave a space between the bottom of the visor and your face. Admittedly, they are significantly larger than my prescription glasses, so they protect the eye area better. Ultimately it comes down to what you are looking for. If you don't need glasses that fit your face snugly, these glasses are very good.
