The support team is very good at solving problems even when they are not the direct cause of the problem. They can find ways to solve your issues that are outside their area of expertise. Sometimes it takes a while for them to respond. I wish they would send out more detailed emails, but I understand why this is difficult. We have had a couple of major outages since we started using the platform. The outage was caused by a server that was running out of disk space. This was an issue that we could not have predicted and caused us to lose data from two years worth of business transactions.
