Review on 🔌 Detachable RV Power Supply Cords with Inline Connector - Conntek 30 Amp by Aaron Lewis

We needed a longer 30Amp cord for our campervan to connect to the electricity grid at our favorite campsite. Revain's description fits our needs perfectly. However, there is one critical parameter that is not listed in the description. The diameter of the black cable tie (used to secure the cable to the RV) does not seem to be a universal size for all RV sockets. At first glance, the black screw collar (on the NEMA L5-30R side) looks identical to OE. HOWEVER, the diameter of this black cable tie is slightly larger than the diameter of the cable tie on the original cable and therefore this new RV power cable will NOT be attached to our RV! Attention buyers. The diameter of the black threaded sleeve is too large to connect to our motorhome, but this size is not listed in the Revain description. Without this collar, the weight of the cord will cause the cord to pull away from the flat. One might assume that this diameter is universal for all RV power connectors, BUT IT IS NOT. We had already discarded the original packaging and only discovered the problem upon arrival at the campsite. So we can't return it and have to accept $120 loss! Buyer Warning!
