Review on GMS Optical® Silicone Symmetrical Eyeglass by Gin Bajema

Measure, measure, measure! The difference in size between an 11mm last and a 15mm last is significant. This product will work great for my purposes, but it doesn't match my particular glasses. I deliberately ordered two sizes to compare the fit. Unfortunately neither, so I'm sending them back. Please note that the problem is NOT with the pad itself, but with the built in hard plastic insert that attaches the pads to the nose bridge of the glasses frame. The "pads" themselves are made of silicone and feel smooth on the skin. The product arrived in small ziplock bags with other items and was reasonably safe. The problem I had was that the built-in hard plastic insert was too big for my nose to open (see close-up photo). I didn't want to force them for fear of damaging the product or my glasses, so I returned them. I recommend the product with caution that the built in hard plastic insert seems to be one size fits all regardless of the size of the side of the pad so inserting can be tricky. This may of course depend on the style and/or age of the glasses in question. No rating for comfort as I didn't get that far. Many Thanks.
