Review on ENGPOW by Mensur Long

The ENGPOW website claims to offer high-quality goods at affordable costs, but my interactions with their online store have revealed otherwise. They don't provide the high-quality office and school materials they've promised, which disappointed me. The prices were not at all competitive, and the goods seemed flimsy and cheap. The filing items were likewise quite subpar. I had hoped to get strong, long-lasting folders, but I got anything but that. They were fragile, easily bent, and unquestionably not worth the cost. Both the file and folder accessories let us down. Additionally, I thought the customer service was subpar. I raised my concerns about the product quality when I contacted them, but the response I got was useless and condescending. It appears that ENGPOW is more focused on closing a deal quickly than cultivating long-term connections with their clients. Overall, I am unable to endorse ENGPOW as a supplier of office equipment and supplies. Their pricing are not at all competitive, and their products fall short of the advertised high quality. I advise you to search elsewhere if you're looking for dependable and long-lasting office products.
