I have used this product for years as part of my double cleansing routine. I remove my eye makeup separately and it ruins the rest of my foundation and sunscreen. You rub this oily product into your skin and the water reacts with the oil to completely wash away any impurities. (As a result, you can't apply it with wet hands!) After that, I use my regular facial cleanser to wash my face without worrying about whether or not I'll wash off all my makeup. The only thing that confuses me is that this product is a bit difficult to transport when it's out of bottles, but I do it anyway.
