Exactly what I was looking for!

I've always hated washing my face with toner when there's so much makeup on a cotton swab. I was researching the best way to break makeup and decided to try this oil. I was a little concerned as I have naturally oily skin and was afraid of breakouts, but this product did everything but bust me! It completely removes all my makeup before I use the cleanser and rinses completely with water! It's wonderful and leaves my skin so soft, not greasy! I will definitely be adding it to my skincare…

This is my HG cleanser that I use every day.

I have used this product for years as part of my double cleansing routine. I remove my eye makeup separately and it ruins the rest of my foundation and sunscreen. You rub this oily product into your skin and the water reacts with the oil to completely wash away any impurities. (As a result, you can't apply it with wet hands!) After that, I use my regular facial cleanser to wash my face without worrying about whether or not I'll wash off all my makeup. The only thing that confuses me is that…

Pros
  • Same as everything before
Cons
  • Only available in white

Very important! I will buy again!

I used an empty bottle of DHC Deep Cleansing Oil (200ml) to store this spare head and it worked great! Will definitely buy again. Cleans as effectively as DHC but has a finer, less luxurious texture (it's slightly thicker than ROHTO Hadalabo Gokujun Oil). This oil has a slight orange scent and doesn't wash out as cleanly as DHC, but is significantly cheaper (currently $10 Kose vs $28 DHC for 200ml). With double cleaning, goat is enough. If you only use one cleaner, it is better to use DHC (to…

Nice not to use so much packaging

I love that this brand comes with spares instead of buying a new bottle. The amount you get in the refill is slightly less than the original full-size bottle, but it makes sense. If you *need* a refill, you've got some leftover at the bottom, and that's what counts. The spout is a small hard plastic tube at the top to keep the oil from spilling all over the counter. Really easy to use.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

The best cleansing oil!

I have used various oil based cleansers over the years and this was my first cleanser since I started using oil based makeup removers at the age of 19. It did a great job removing makeup back then and now at 30 it takes my makeup just as well! I've used DHC, The Face Shop, Tonymoly, Banila Co and a faster version of this brand and nothing works like this one! It's a bit thicker than the Speed version, but better suited for those who wear more makeup in comparison. Speedy is more fluid and…

Good Makeup Cleansing Oils

I think the quality is comparable to expensive cleansing oils. It won't break me but always follow the instructions. Typically, most cleansing oils are designed to be used as part of a two-step, double cleanse, which means you must wash your face with a different cleanser afterwards.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • sad packaging

BEST oil cleaner in my 10 years of oil cleaning

It's my 10 year anniversary with this oil cleaner and nothing else I've used compares to it! (and I've tried many American and Asian brands). It removes my makeup easily and beautifully and has never irritated my sensitive, rosacea and acne prone red skin. I use it in combination with Hada Labo Foaming Cleanser and my skin stays fresh, clean and never dry. Would recommend to anyone looking to try a new cleansing oil!

Good quality double for DHC

I usually use DHC cleaning oil but decided to try it because of the price and because others found it comparable to DHC oil. Overall I still find the DHC cleansing oil better: my skin feels softer and more hydrated, it emulsifies better and feels cleaner when I wash it off. However, in terms of makeup removal, I think both are equally effective. I wear waterproof mascara almost every day and they both remove it well. Comparing the price, I don't think the difference in quality is worth spending
