I bought a hat flower (size 6-24 months). My daughter is 19 months and her head diameter is about 18.7 inches and this hat fits perfectly! I love that it has a drawstring to keep it in place and it can also be adjusted near the edges to adjust the size which is a great feature! The panels are large too (just under 3 inches wide), not too big, but big enough to block out the sun. The inside of the hat has a nice mesh material that helps keep you cool when it's hot. I am very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend it!
