was damaged, so I bought a KNIPEX bolt cutter. I was so impressed that I wanted to try other German instruments. In short, the quality and functionality of this tool did not impress me. Tolerances are as loose as a stamped puller (loose). It is difficult to strip a wire without marking the wire. Wire #18 was the only one that cleaned well. So if you want quality, buy Knipex or Klein if you want second best.
