The image quality of this frame is excellent, but the lack of features and controls makes it impractical. The manual that came with the frame says "tap the screen to reveal many more features," but there are no configurable options to control the slideshow's speed or order. I also don't like that the power controls are on the back of the frame and I have to disassemble them every time I want to turn them off. I bought this frame for my office and I don't want it playing all night. Also, the high speed of the slideshow is too distracting to show in my office. It receives images quickly, after they are emailed but I will be returning it for a frame with more customizable options. There are also USB and micro-USB ports on the back of the frame, but according to the Skylight website, photos can only be added via email and additional storage cannot be used, so I'm not sure understand the importance of these ports. And there is a little heart at the bottom of each picture. It seems like it will never go away. so I'm not sure I understand the meaning of these ports.
