Have been using it for a week now. First I would like to say that the Leitner headset was fantastic and I should have gotten the headset for a LONG time! The handset lifter worked flawlessly for the first two days. Now he doesn't answer the phone enough every now and then and I have to play around with him to get him to answer the phone. I placed it in the middle of the pipe as described in the assembly instructions. I recommend checking that the lifter is picking up the handset properly BEFORE attaching the handset to the phone with double sided tape! It is very difficult to "peel off" to rearrange it!
