While this works with both 1.35V and 1.5V motherboards, it's not entirely clear on the product page that it's DDR3L (low voltage, 1.35V). I think the product description should be clearer. I'm currently testing my replacement set. The first kit I got worked great for about 3 days and even passed 4 runs of memtest86. Then after waking up from sleep 10 minutes before I was going to return the computer to its owner, all he did was a blue screen. Another quick run of Memtest86 turned the screen red with thousands of errors in a matter of seconds. UPDATE: After 2 days of running memtest86, prime95, several sleep and reboot cycles, I'm pretty sure the spare RAM is fine. This isn't the first time I've had issues with Crucial RAM, but things like this can happen with any manufacturer's RAM. They made it into the Dell Inspiron 660s, which unfortunately only supports them at 1333MHz, even though the original RAM was also 1600MHz. I went with the low density version (chips on both sides) because I read there would be fewer potential compatibility issues and better performance.
