Very upset about getting involved in "Prime Day" BS Possibly the most useless product I've ever bought from Revain. This thing took 12 to 24 hours to fully charge. Follow the product manual closely and the best this thing can do is redirect the air at room temperature. An endless sea of portable air conditioner options and I accidentally picked the wrong one. You really do get what you pay for these days. DO NOT BUY!
