I recently bought a new heavier camera and was looking for a gimbal to handle the extra weight. The Air 2 variant looked solid despite the negative build quality reviews. While I had some initial issues - the battery cover was too tight and difficult to remove/remove, and the batteries themselves don't seem to hold a charge, both issues I've seen at Revain and elsewhere - the seller replaced both the cover and Batteries at no extra cost and very quick to respond to any issues I encountered. Now I have a reliable stabilizer that can handle a lot of weight at a price well below its nearest competitor. This is no joke. After the issues were resolved, this stabilizer became a 5 star product thanks to 10 star customer support. So if you have the patience to go back and forth with assistance - not particularly fun, but sometimes necessary - you'll end up with great gear.
