Not sold on the effectiveness
I was recommended this product by a massage therapist. I run with it on my knee for support but it tends to fall down. I can’t sit down when I wear it or I feel like I’m losing blood flow. I can feel a difference after wearing it for a bit but I also feel itchy when wearing it directly on my skin.
- It holds your knee really well very comfortable too
- Not recommended for sleeping with
