Ideal for virtual meeting lighting
I use them to create three point lighting in a small office used for virtual meetings. The lighting in this room is affected by the windows, but there is an overhead light. I set the lights up about 7 feet and used my hands to pull them down so they stayed about 30 degrees above my face. I also use an opaque filter. I run these lights at around 75% brightness and they work exactly how I wanted them to.
