Works perfectly! in raincoats
I bought it specifically to walk a puppy in the rain. It's raining in Southern California today so I have to try. It's better than I expected. My arms are fully covered and the sleeve opening is adjustable. It's up to my knees (I'm 5'2). The hood is slightly fitted so it doesn't fly off and fall over the eyes. I bought a print so I could be seen. In bad weather I wanted to do orange but it looks too much like CalTrans.
