Review on Coogam by Stephen Schmidt

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Toys and annoyances can be found together at Coogam.

Recently, I had the opportunity to go shopping at Coogam, and when I say "opportunity," what I really mean is "frustration beyond belief." This is the perfect online shop for you if you prefer having the experience of looking for something to buy feel like you're trying to find your way through a maze. There are categories on the website that make no sense, products that are listed in the wrong places, and a search feature that appears to have taken a vow of silence. The website is a flaming mess. When I did eventually find what I was looking for, the product descriptions were so ambiguous that I had no idea what it was that I was actually purchasing. Nevertheless, I like to look on the bright side of things, so I placed my order and waited calmly for it to be delivered. And I had to wait. And kept quiet. And then continued to wait. After a long wait, my order was delivered, but the products inside were of poor quality, and the packaging was so flimsy that more than half of the items I ordered were broken. When I called the customer support department to air my grievances, I received the strong impression that they would rather have been doing anything else than assisting me. I hope this isn't the case. It seemed as like they were reciting from a script rather than genuinely addressing my problems, and the responses were both sluggish and unhelpful. To summarize, Coogam is the online retailer that you should patronize if you take pleasure in experiencing annoyance, letdown, and the squandering of both your time and money. Avoiding it entirely is definitely the wisest course of action for the rest of us.
