The ball fell from above
This is a good hat and fits as expected. Unfortunately, the fluffy ball on top just fell off after a day. It doesn't seem to be attached very well. I have to say the customer service was great when contacted and responded quickly.
- The hat is the perfect size and comfortable.
- This hat was very big, I couldn't even wear it as an adult, and it says 'kids' on it.
