I can finally work on my arm swing mechanics without worrying about throwing the ball! I love it! The only thing to think about is how and where it is attached to the ceiling, for example. I have used a couple of Homedepot shelf brackets but not sure how long they will last. If you attach it to the ceiling, the ball will bounce off it many times after being hit. This will generate some noise. Since I live in an apartment, I also installed a ceiling protection to reduce noise. But of course that's not the product's fault, just something to consider when installing a one-room home. I'd also like to try taking it with me and clipping it between two trees or something. Then there is no problem with the ceiling.
