I like that you can see all of my appointments in one place, including cancellations! It's easy for customers to view their upcoming schedule, as well as receive reminders via email or text message. The ability to create recurring appointments (i.e., weekly coffee with team) is helpful because it allows me to be more efficient by not having to log into each individual app individually. I dislike that sometimes there are times when an event may have been booked but doesn't show up yet. This makes it difficult to know if someone has actually shown interest without calling them out. If they haven't reached out after 24 hours, then we don't want to assume that they're no longer interested. We've found this tool to be incredibly useful since it helps us keep track of our current bookings while also providing customer service through scheduled reminders and notifications.
