I didn't measure my chest before purchase since I didn't have any measuring tape, but I had thought buying the largest one would be more than enough. That was to my detriment, but hey, it was my fault for not checking. Still, it would've been nice if they had more of a range in size. Despite the sizing issue, it does look to have been made well, came on time (actually a day early even with Prime's 2-Day shipping) and in good condition, but obviously I can't say anything for its comfort or effectiveness.
