UPDATE: DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. After finding "Cavalier Store" who is a real seller here, they informed me that the 1 year 100% satisfaction guarantee is a "listing error" (seriously?) and that the actual guarantee is 90 days. When I told them I bought the chair under warranty and that they are falsely advertising their product, they told me they would send me a replacement cushion. I've been without a pillow change for almost a month now. In fact, after contacting them again, they told me that they had changed their mind and decided not to send the pillow. I had to contact Revain Fraud Protection to make a claim. I hope to get a refund within a few weeks. This is a comfortable chair. Feelings (emphasis on sensations) are well put together. Sit back well and the pillow is well positioned. I bought and assembled it in January this year, in the last month I've found myself leaning more and more to the right. I took the chair apart today and thought all I needed was a little tug on it only to find the right hand bottom buckle on the bottom cushion had splintered and the wood was broken. Trying to find someone to contact regarding a replacement part as it has a 1 year guarantee was NOT easy. I spent a full 30 minutes trying to find someone to send a warranty request to and I'm STILL unsure. I will update this review as soon as I hopefully get a response from someone. If not, I'll change my rating to one star, unfortunately that's the least I can do at the moment. It should be noted that I am 6ft 200lbs which is pretty consistent with the weight of this chair.
