Fits perfectly but after installation the interlock switch didn't work, it was broken inside as it was very loose/sloppy. I got a second one, checked the hold switch before installing and it seemed fine, but after installing it only worked for a while. When I touch the hold switch, the hold lock toggles on and off without actually moving the switch. The original reason for the replacement was the headphone jack, which worked both times, but now I've created a new problem. UPS appears to have lost the defective part I was returning, so it appears I did not pay for the defective part. Good thing it only cost me $15, but it technically cost me $30.
