I like that it has servers in many countries, but also offers great security features such as kill switch, etc. The customer support is very helpful when you do have questions or concerns about your account setup (which can be complicated). It's easy to set up so there isn't much of an learning curve for new users who are unfamiliar with using virtual private networks. Some people may not want all their traffic routed through one server because they don’t trust this particular country/region enough to use them exclusively. This could potentially cause issues if someone wants to access content from another region without having to go outside of our own network. We're able to work remotely while traveling internationally which helps us avoid any potential data loss due to internet outages during travel times.
