I like that it has servers in many countries, but also offers great security features such as kill switch, etc. The customer support is very helpful when you do have questions or concerns about your account setup (which can be complicated). It's easy to set up so there isn't much of an learning curve for new users who are unfamiliar with using virtual private networks.
