Review on Synapse SEM by Ron Josey

As an SEO agency, it's important for us to know what our competitors are doing (both good & bad). We also need regular check in with them as we build out campaigns ourselves but do not have time or resources required to spend hours each week monitoring competitor activity alone! The weekly report helps see who has been working hard over recent weeks which allows me then make decisions about my own team next month/quarter ahead of others knowing I can afford to be more aggressive where needed without risk! It would help if they could add 'percentage' figures at certain points - i understand this isn't always possible but sometimes you want your boss to jump straight away when things start improving vs waiting until end results come through? I had my first session with Synapse, they were able to explain exactly what we needed from them. The follow up after was also fantastic! Nothing really at this point - just making sure everything runs smoothly for our upcoming campaign launch. Our website has been improved by implementing SEO techniques which allows us to be more visible in Google searches. We have seen an increase of visits since launching a new landing page.
