Synapse - great SEO agency to partner with

As an SEO agency, it's important for us to know what our competitors are doing (both good & bad). We also need regular check in with them as we build out campaigns ourselves but do not have time or resources required to spend hours each week monitoring competitor activity alone! The weekly report helps see who has been working hard over recent weeks which allows me then make decisions about my own team next month/quarter ahead of others knowing I can afford to be more aggressive where needed…

Pros
  • Prompt response times too so much appreciated especially during busy periods within office schedules that may include multiple meetings all morning before lunchtime meeting scheduled!!!!! :)
Cons
  • So far nothing specific comes into mind apart maybe needing some additional reporting tools added such like percentages rather than absolute numbers?? :P Thanks
