Review on Field Services Workflow and Logistics by Ken Reed

It's really easy for me since I'm not an expert with computers, but my colleague is very helpful so that i can do what he says even when it seems hard! Sometimes there are errors in workflows or problems occur such as no data being transferred from one person to another etc., this makes us feel like we're doing something wrong which could be avoided if they fixed some issues sooner rather than later (it would save time).
