I sleep on my side and for about a year I have been folding a pillow to put it between my knees. It was more comfortable than not having one, but I felt like I would sleep more comfortably with the right pillow. It was perfect for my needs. He is small and unobtrusive and can travel lightly. My knees fit well in the indentation and it's made of quality memory foam. It also keeps me a lot cooler than a pillow which is great! I get very warm at night, but that wasn't a problem.
