The support is excellent, I have no complaints! I would love to have a demo site so I could see how the plugin works, but I understand that they can't do that. I would like to see a demo of the product. The price is fair. There is a 30 day money back guarantee, so I'm not worried about that. I use this plugin to manage my WooCommerce orders. It's very easy to use and it's very intuitive. It's not easy to use, but if you know how to use it, it's easy. I have no complaints. I have an e-commerce website and I use this as an order management system.
