Very Detailed Notifications That Help Keep Up With Customer Service

The alerts are very detailed, so I can tell exactly what went wrong without having to dig into it later. It's easy for me to keep up with all of my accounts at once. Sometimes when there is a lot going on in one area, I have trouble keeping up with everything. If you're looking for something simple like just getting notified about new charges being placed against any account, this isn't the right program for you. You need more advanced features than that if you want to be able to stay updated with multiple different accounts as well. We've been using it since we first started working with Squid and haven't had any problems yet. Just make sure you know how to use it and set things up properly before you start putting out calls! Our main customer service department uses SquidaAlerts to notify us whenever our customers place orders through their website, which helps us respond quickly.
