I recently made a buy from the ZENOVA online store, and regrettably, I was not very pleased. The website was difficult to use, so it took me some time to search through the different pages and locate what I was looking for. I was disappointed to discover that the item I had ultimately located was out of stock. Although I recognize that this is a possibility, it was upsetting to spend so much time looking for the object only to discover that it was not there. And to make things worse, I had poor customer service. I asked the customer service staff about the item's availability, and I received a dismissive and unhelpful answer. They made it abundantly obvious that they had no interest in helping me. Overall, I was unimpressed with ZENOVA, and I would not advise others to shop at their website. To give their customers a more pleasurable shopping experience, I hope they can enhance the user experience and customer support of their website in the future.
