Quick and easy installation and they were bright. Extremely bright in the fog light reflector housing (5th generation Subaru Impreza) and after watching the dash cam video I noticed that the light bulbs in the housing were not are properly aligned, it does not beam down 4 inches at 25 feet to comply with CA fog lamp law. , so it seemed like blinding headlights when I could see distant characters reflected back to me, which wasn't there before, not to mention their peers from the second floor windows. Another issue that some other reviewers have occasionally encountered is left/right out of sync. I only had them for a week and it happened a few times and I didn't know how to reproduce them. I'm assuming the lamp IC is very sensitive to voltage spikes and for some reason a pothole (which killed my halogen fog light), the fans/deicers/turn signals turning on and the power steering at low speeds are causing it to turn on to one side. I counted about 14 seconds with the fog lights off before they both reset to 6000K, but unless it was dark enough outside you couldn't tell they were out of sync. I contacted Alla Lighting directly, found their website and two local phone numbers at their office in Chino, California. After trying both transitions to voicemail (didn't go either), I actually got a call back from Cindy a minute later! Model Alla-H11-5530-3000GY-GoldYellow, which could be exchanged directly through them for free (at the same price). They emailed a prepaid label to send the switches back to their lab for testing because of a possible defect. Positive experience with their customer service and both products were solidly built but these switches didn't work for me. Note that in my photos, the rotary switch beam was high enough to directly backlit signs in the distance. In comparison, the replacement part fits the fog lights much better.
