The quality of the skirt is very good! I'm 5'8, 150 pounds and ordered a small. The high waist fitted perfectly but my hips were tight making it shorter than I would like. If I had a flatter butt, that would be perfect. Gave it to my little sister who is actually taller but slimmer at the back. She'll wear it with tights since it's so short; It's definitely a mini! Not for my body type but due to the accuracy in the sizing chart I still have to give it a high rating to make sure it fits the waist perfectly and the quality is great.
