I like that I can use it for my iPhone and Samsung. The first load went well, but then it wasn't easy for me. The charger will not charge if it is not held properly, if it is loose or the handle is broken. And I'm disappointed about that. If they make a better charger or replace this one or replace the stylus so it ends up holding a charge when it's finally done then yes I would change my rating but for now it should stay at tier two. In the photo I'm trying to charge the pen after a dozen tries and I almost gave up.
