We bought this ball for my dog's birthday last summer not expecting it to last more than 30 seconds. We blew it up and played dog soccer to make sure she didn't bite into it. When we finished playing we put the ball away hoping it would last a little longer. Then it sat in the garage for a couple of weeks and lost some air. We were about to inflate it again but noticed that it was a lot easier for her to lift it so we left it at that. We really like this ball and in two photos you can see what she is doing with it. The ball is still okay. I know it won't last forever, but nothing is happening. Be sure to buy a spare ball and inflate it enough to form a ball, leaving enough room for her to easily pick it up.
