I do not recommend this product. Firstly, the instructions are difficult to understand. Number two: this doesn't work well for a $50 item. The price is too high. Number three: the electrodes didn't work. I'm very disappointed because I wanted to use it in Zoom classes all day. Don't waste money. The fork doesn't end up sticking as easily. The instructions were so confusing and made no sense. I played around with it for a long time and couldn't get the electrodes to work. The surface area of the heating elements is small and doesn't hit in the right places. There is no real massager! The electrodes should be massaging I think but it didn't work. The remote control is difficult to use and there are no easy-to-understand instructions. I go back to the rice neck pack, which I reheat in the microwave.
