The best thing about working with exyg is that they are very responsive to all your questions. They work closely with you throughout every step of the project lifecycle in order to ensure it meets our needs as well as yours! I also love their ability to customize for each individual client's workflow. There really isn't anything i dislike other than being unable to have them visit us more often since we're located out of state so far away from California but everything else was great too!! We've been able to implement many new features without any additional cost because of what has already been built by Exygy (and paid for) previously within their portfolio. This includes some internal applications used at my job which allowed me to streamline processes internally while giving employees an option outside of email or phone calls if needed. At this time, there aren't plans to move forward yet regarding adding more functionality into one application; however, I'm sure once things settle down again after CO.
