The ability to change the resolution in real time without having to restart our streamer was very useful! We were able to see how many people are watching our streams on different devices before we even started broadcasting. It also made it easy to know who was using what device so that we could focus more attention towards them during broadcasts. Sometimes there would be lag between us changing the resolution and when it actually changed in the player but this wasn't too noticeable. Try out mux's free trial first because you can use all the features in your free account which will save you some money later. We needed something that allowed us to automatically switch between resolutions depending on where our audience was located instead of constantly switching manually between two separate players. We have been using the product for over 6 years now and it has always given us great results. It's easy to configure as well as easy to use. The support team is also very good. There are some features that I would like to see in the future but overall we love this platform. We were able to set up our streaming with minimal effort. We can control the quality of stream and get an instant feedback on what works best.
