I like how easy it is to use cloudinary's service through their website or api. They have some great features such as watermarks (which are customizable), cropping tools & resizing images in different sizes without losing quality. It's extremely handy software if you're working in multiple formats; like JPEG vs PNGs. If you are using cloud functions and having difficulties finding them within an editor (e.g. Lightroom), this is where it helps! I have not found anything that was bad about the service so far.
