We were excited to test out the Jetunit Tilt/Trim Motors for our Yamaha outboard motor, and we were not disappointed. The installation process was straightforward, and the motor fit perfectly onto our 30Hp outboard. The new tilt/trim motor is a significant improvement from our old one. It is much faster and smoother, making operating our boat much easier. We also appreciated the extended warranty that comes with this product, giving us peace of mind knowing that we are covered for any potential issues. One issue we did encounter was that the wiring harness was slightly different from our old motor, which required us to spend a little extra time rewiring our connections. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the benefits of the new motor. Overall, we would highly recommend the Jetunit Tilt/Trim Motors for any Yamaha outboard motor from 2001 to 2016. It is an excellent upgrade that will make operating your boat much more comfortable and efficient.
