I just moved into a new apartment and the sink is small and I needed something to keep my sponge dry but still looks great with a stainless steel sink and a granite countertop. I originally wanted it to hang in the center of my sink but found that it gets in the way and water gets on it all the time. Now I have it on the right side of my sink and I love it. It hangs so low that you can't see the sponge unless you're standing by the sink, and it's nice and open to allow the sponge to aerate well. I only have one sponge, but there's definitely room for at least two. The suction cups work very well with stainless steel, have never come loose. I will say this only works if you have a hanger bar to sit on. Just suction cups are not enough.
