I recommend this coat if you are looking for warmth and style. I live in the Midwest and while this coat won't take -20 on its own, it looks great with a warm sweater underneath. I usually wear all my clothes small, women's size 4. I had to go medium for this coat. Some reviewers said the hand holes are small. That is not the problem. The problem is that the shoulder span is small. I'm small in stature but fairly broad shouldered and had to drop down to a medium size to get a bit of the extra room you need for sweaters underneath in extremely cold temperatures.
